This is a crime: visiting hour is at 11 am. No babies allowed out of
nursery past 11. Fedding time is 9:30. Doctors and nurses talking and
wasting time instead of checking the babies, so all babies not let out of
nursery for feeding until 10:40. 35 Screaming babies!
It's O.K. because about 30 were bottle feeding anyway. Help! I am so
frustrated. I pride myself on not being judgemental and I try very hard
not to come across as a fanatic, otherwise I would be kicked out so fast
from the Jerusalem hospital where I work. But I also cannot just smile and
walk away when every new mother was bottle feeding.
What are some suggestions to tell a mother who says she cannot breastffed
because it takes up to much time?
I think they really think it is exactly the same as formula (including the
nurses)
