Debbie here: Based on federal statutory civil right law against employment
discrimination based on sexual
harassment as outlined by The FCC, it should be clear that the complaining
said grumpy old man was indeed the sexual harasser in this case:

In a message dated 10/4/2009 12:01:28 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time, Liz
Brooks writes in <<<<...>>>>:

<<<<"*A claim of harassment* generally requires several elements,
including:
1. The complaining party must be a member of a statutorily protected
class;>>>>
Debbie here: the 'female' board certified lactation experts were clearly,
with hostile and intimidating intention, and without legal merit, targeted
by said grumpy old man.

<<<<2. S/he was subjected to unwelcome verbal or physical conduct related
to his or her membership in that protected class;>>>>

Debbie here: the group of female board certified lactation experts who
baked said cupcakes did so with all intentions and clearly advertised notice
that said cupcakes were to be utilized solely for the purpose of recognizing
and celebrating the legally protected right of breastfeeding.

<<<<3. The unwelcome conduct complained of was based on his or her
membership in that protected class;>>>>>>>>

Debbie here: the group of female lactation expert members were then
subjected to unwelcome and distressing verbal conduct of an unexpectedly and
unwarranted *sexual* nature which was thought up in a clearly perverse manner,
solely by said grumpy old man.

<<<<4. The unwelcome conduct affected a term or condition of employment
and/or had the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with his or her
work performance and/or creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive
work environment.>>>>

Debbie here: The group of female lactation expert members were then
additionally subjected to threatening and intimidating legal action which had no
basis in federal statutory civil right law and which had the potential of
negatively affecting their condition of their employment, and had the
purpose and effect of unreasonably interfering with their work performance by
creating an intimidating, hostile and offensive work environment.

I rest my case, ....and just made all that up for fun.
