I've always understood that breast milk IS tissue.  Google gave me the
definition of tissue as "any of the distinct types of material of which
animals or plants are made, consisting of specialized cells and their
products."

*Specialised cells and their products*.....How does your lab define
"tissue", Janet?  Ie, it would be interesting to know whether the tests
showed cells, protein, DNA, whatever (which we would surely expect to see
in flowing milk or solidified milk products).
