I've written before that in Detroit I had to see mom/baby within 48 hours
after 24 hour discharge. and again 2-3 days later - 2 VISITS!!!  It was
great and really seemed to help BFing!  I agree, staying longer doesn't help
BFing, but short stays with no follow up for a week or two is just asking
for BFing to fail IMNSHO.  Another problem is - who sees mom at 48 hours and
4 days.  An experienced  BF counselor or someone who could care less if she
