Terry,

My Jacob was born sucking on his fingers and everytime I tried to latch him
on he sucked his tongue (of course since he was the first baby I had after
I became a  LLL Leader).  What I did was tongue walking.  I just keep
taking him off the breast and sticking my fingers in his mouth to get his
tongue to stay over his gums.

BTW Jacob is a mix of my Mexican background and his dad's Norwegian/mutt
white background.
