Try putting a nipple shield over the mom's nipple to mechanically block the
spray of her letdown. This might allow for partial breastfeeding.  Dysphagia
is a serious condition, and working with the OT will be impt.  The LCs job
here will be to promote the use of breast milk.  Another potential solution
is to chill the milk to the consistency of a slushy.
