Lactose is a disaccharide  found in breast milk.

Lactase from the gut is what breaks lactose down into dextrose and
galactose.

Lipase is a fat splitting enzyme found in the blood, pancreatic secretions
and tissue.  There also is gastric lipase.  And lipase is in human milk to
break down triglycerides and help release free fatty acids that have
anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-protozoan functions.
Lawrence says lipase emulsifies the milk fats in human milk, making the fat
  R & A say that the lipase is there to help the immature pancreatic
function of the newborn with digestion of fat globules, making them
smaller and easier to digest.
Lipase and lactase are 2 digestive enzymes.
