I saw a mom yesterday who said she had a breast reduction 3 years ago in Miami. She said he placed implants at the same time because otherwise they would be saggy. She felt they were still too large and went back to him. She said they "argued" about it and he refused to redo the implants and said all he would do was remove more breast tissue.
Not surprisingly, she has almost no milk.
I have NEVER heard anything like this - has anybody else? This isn't a new trend, is it?
