I just read note about returns to sender and I am confused. I recently recieved a book I did not order and took it back to post office where it was stamped refused returned to sender and it was on it's way. Is there a new rule out there? Also I've heard that you can call UPS for sending back, is this true? Got to get rid of the unwanted formula some way.
