Overall, it sounds like a positive response to

The first part of the statement, I take it to mean
that TPA is unlikely to be given to very many
lactating women due to the medical conditions for
which it is usually prescribed are not seen frequently
in young, healthy new mothers.

Happy Holidays to all my fellow lactnetters!  And I'm
adding my thanks for having such wonderful listmothers
here--thank you for all of your time & hard-work that
you give here so freely for us all to benefit & grow.
