The rationale for using this is that it works, if, for some reason the baby
cannot go to the breast.  The idea of rebound is just not an issue as far as
I can see.  Rebound occurs if you give a baby or other person 50% glucose IV
push, without maintaining the glucose.  It does not occur with oral glucose.
No literature, but where is the literature that says it does occur. Besides,
if we can avoid giving formula, that's fine with me.
