I didn't catch all the discussion on this, but appears to be a discussion of
what terminology to use.  Let's keep both!  Lots of times I get comments that
my 10 mo old looks like the Gerber baby (how ironic).  I make sure to tell
everyone that she is that chubby, healthy and pretty because of
breastfeeding.  But lots of time I say "I'm nursing her" - just seems that
term is less of a shock factor for the uninitiated.  Also I like the term due
to the nurturing factor and not only feeding.
