I would like to say that Lactnet has always been and will remain a place
where case studies are welcome and encouraged.  I feel that if we continue
to share case studies here, then those of us on Lactnet  can continue to
hone our clinical skills.

Anyone who wishes to put case studies up here is welcome to do so.  We have
had these clinical discussions  for five years, and the volunteers of the
Lactnet admin team will continue to  offer this opportunity to those who are
interested and willing.
