Problems during Menstruation.

I found that after my periods came back (18 months with my twins and 16
months with my daughter) that I had problems. With Adam and Jason, I had the
feeling of irritability when the nursed but it would decrease after the 2nd day
of heavy Menstration. When they were weaning, ( my milk supply was low) I got
*intense* nipple and breast pain
that was excruciating to the point that I negotiated the amount of sucks that
the boys could have! They were two when they weaned.
With Heather she would get fussy and refuse to nurse upto 1-2 days before my
Heavy flow
days and then would comeback gradually to nurse as normal. She said
that the numnum tasted yucky. When she was almost 3 , she said that her numnum
was very salty.

How old is the baby? I have found that my toddlers were responsive to my
telling them that my nipples really hurt!
Hope this helps,
