Hello all,

I am in need of a good way to track 6 month duration rates for our hospital.  We've done it in the past with 6 month survey phone calls which is time consuming.  How does everyone do this in your area and how often do you repeat or is it on an ongoing basis?  Any ideas are appreciated!
