Yep, this guy is not exactly the world's greatest on bf....

After my customary lie-down in a darkened room (my usual response when I
come across er, *unhelpful* writing about bf, I emailed him, with a
friendly, measured and restrained explanation of why his advice might be
questionable.

I'll let the list know if anything wonderful happens. I advise no breath
holding.
