why wait for a week? why not do the best thing and get donor milk on hand
before she delivers, so she can feed the baby via tube at the breast and NOT
compromise this baby's health? why not have her start with the reglan and the
herbals the minute she delivers?  if she does get a full milk supply right
away this time, then great.
