Dear Andrea,

I have used the one hand breastpump with many of my women.  I like the
flexishield & haven't had women complain. Many call very happy with their
pump & come for replacement parts or another pump for a friend.  They
need to be instructed to use it gently.  I encourage many quick half
squeezes to get the milk flow going.  When the milk lets down,  mom can
gently squeeze & hold til flow slows.
