I once had an old doc see a lady with breast pain and dx a vericose vein.  You
couln'd see it on the surface but using a flashlight against the skin in
a dark room it "jumped out" at you.  He said with the  increase in blood
flow and out tendancy to put those marvelouse milk making miracles of
motherhood in such tight clothing that it is surprising it doesn't occur
more frequently.
