Jay, I would perhaps speak to the physician him/herself (with the permission
of the parents).  It just is not possible that anyone with two neurons to
rub together would imagine that breastfeeding would change the blood result.
If that is truly what this physician thinks, I would run, not walk to
another physician.  Who knows what else he might imagine?
