As you saw in the last Lactnet, the pediatric chat will be on
fortifiers for premature babies. I have not yet managed to figure out
how to join this chat thing, and I am a little worried that everyone
on line will go with the "accepted" notions that:

1. All premature babies are the same, and therefore need fortifiers.
Thus the 34 week premature needs it just the same as the 26 week
premature. The healthy premature, just as the sick one.

2. Premature babies must grow at intrauterine growth rates.

If some who agree with me on the issue that the *majority* of
prematures (those who are *not* transferred to NICU's) can manage very
well with breastmilk only can join the chat, it would be very good.
