I am happy to report that the mother who had CMV in pregnancy did decide
to take my advise to bf.  She wanted to all along but was afraid of
going against the dr's advise.  The baby was vomiting the formula as
well.  The mom and babe are doing fine now.  Thanks for all the replies.
