Not all the IBLCE news is on Lactnet--there's the website: _www.iblce.org_ 
(http://www.iblce.org) .  I seem to be the watchdog  of that site, and try to 
post on Lactnet anything that is new and exciting, but  it's there for everyone 
to access.  And there's IBLCE's semi-annual  newsletter, which is mailed at 
great expense to all IBCLCs.   It's  also on the website (But, alas, it was last 
published in 2004).  I  understand the website will be updated soon.  Stay 
'tooned.
