Jaye, I think 'joining forces' with this company would be similar to working as 
an LC at a hospital that gave out the bags.  I'm not sure if it is unethical to 
do so, but I do think it would be "uncomfortable" and maybe 
even "unprofessional".

Maybe, instead of 'joining forces' in an official capacity, they could just refer 
to you when necessary and you could refer to them for pumps and such as 
long as they agreed to NOT give out the samples to your clients.
