I donated milk to the milk bank in NC and I live in Florida. I mailed it by
fed ex in a cooler - I packed the cooler with crumpled newspaper and made
sure no frozen milk touched the sides of the cooler. The milk bank told me
it would stay frozen 24 hours like that.
