I am writing again after a long period of reading and learning to ask for your help for a Mom that I see at a community drop-in. She is 11 months postpartum and breastfed for the first 4 months only. She is still able to readily express breastmilk from both breasts. She doesn't get engorged or uncomfortable but is wondering why this is still happening. She is not taking any medications and does not complain of any other symptoms. Should she have a prolactin level done? Any other tests? Thanks for any and all help.
