I would think the primates that are closest to us in food processing would probably have themost compatible milk. So, chimps, I guess. But they can be mean and I don't think a chimp mom would let anyone get near anough to pump!
  If not primates, I'd think milk of any animal that had eating habits like ours (a mix of plant and animal) like bears or wolfs/dogs or rats would do the job better than grasseaters with 4 stomachs. But who's going to milk the bear ...
