This wearable pump has a very small motor, so it only supplies enough
suction if a very small nipple tunnel is used. Make the nipple tunnel
wider or longer and the motor can't evacuate sufficient air from it to
make the vacuum.

Many of my moms have had success in getting the company to take it back
and give them another of the manufacturer's pumps instead. They are
still out more than a hundred dollars over buying the double electric
standard pump in the first place, but at least they have a consumer
grade pump that is more likely to work for them.

My heart sinks when I see a woman I am working with pull one out, becauase I know there is a good possibility that I will have to point out that she has a less than adequate pump, and they will have to fork over even more money to get breastfeeding to work for them. Also, it seems to work better with the soft shield it is sold with, but the company doesn't make that shield in larger sizes. What's up with that, and while we are on the subject....why is there no size 33 shield at all????
