I couldn't agree more, not could I describe what is needed and why any
better.  We definitely need something more following the exam to maintain
our credibility--since some LCs really flounder around until they get
experience, especially those who work in  a hospital setting and give
advice, send mother/baby home, and do not followup.   You never find out if
