I am not a Code expert and I'm sure others more knowledgeable will chime in,
but...formula is not the only item that the Code addresses re marketing.
Bottles and teats and follow-on foods or any foods  or liquids marketed to
replace breastmilk are addressed, if I'm not mistaken. Not exactly sue of
the wording as I don't have it in front of me. Not sure if Gerber is Code
compliant, I do see their products, not sure what marketing they are doing.
