Hi Christina
Cathy W-G will be more likely to understand whether spoon feeding offers an
unacceptable risk of aspiration. My rudimentary knowledge of anatomy
suggests that if the baby is fed while sitting upright rather than prone,
the risk of aspiration with any feeding method will be minimised. (But I am
ready to be corrected.)
Cheers
