I have often wondered how much mastitis or fungal infections are caused by or exacerbated by wearing bras.  Do women in cultures in which bras are not worn get as many breast infections are women who live in cultures in which we do wear bras?  In any case, bras seem to contribute to--wait for it--sagging.
