Hello!
Wondering if anyone has recently seen research on Carrageenan in formula and cases of GI conditions such as Chron's and UC (or others).  I know the FDA still defends the safety of it because "research has not conclusively proven otherwise", but this safety question was raised in the pediatric nutrition listserv, specifically in regards to the content in formula and I feel that perhaps you ladies might have come across the topic in your research reading, that I can share with the PEDI-RD listserv.  Looking specifically for peer reviewed literature I can share.
