Friends, I have been seeing a lot of errors, and sometimes, I think that the
problem is that many of you do not realize that the LIstserv address for
Lactnet, that is,

[log in to unmask]

is the computer command address.  THere is no one AT this address. YOu are
talking to a computer, and if you don't do things exactly right..you will
not have success in getting the computer to , for instance, change your
options..or set you nomail, or whatever.

Again, the Listserv address is a computer, not a person.

Don't say Please to it, don't use punctuation where it should not be,...
