I don't know about phenol, but would guess it is not a problem.  She's not
drinking it is she? Concentrations in the milk from inhalation or from skin
exposure are likely to be extremely small.  Remember the baby!!!  If the
baby is unhappy, why is she weaning?  For the good of the baby??
