Hello oh wise ones!

I'm posting this question for a colleague of mine who has no internet
access, she has mothers permission to ask for info.

I have searched the archives (and Hale 98-99) and came up with nothing.
A mother of a 5,5 month old fully breastfed baby has taken Tranxene
(Clorazepineacid?) 5 mg. for three days, three times a day.

Her doc told her to pump and dump for eight days.

She took the last one on Monday (the 22nd).

This mother is under an awfull lot of stress and is afraid that her milk
supply is capable to handle eight days of 'pumping and dumping'.

My colleague only wants info on the medication and if it's really necessary
to pump and dump for eight days. This mother is already on the
oxytocin-nosespray to facilitate letdown.

All help is appreciated, please answer through private e-mail, for she's
'waiting' for it. When answered, I would like to fax the info to my
colleague, so please give me permission to do this.
