HI Dawn. Just from my personal perspective, I think that what you are
describing is lactation consulting.  I spend about 15 minutes with pump
rental customers.  The other 1.75 hours, if I spent that, would be billed
as lactation consultation, and this would be a separate charge. It is
important not to let these meld into one another.
