There is no reason for the mother not to nurse if she is stable, and
certainly no reason for the mother not to express her milk.  The
physician who is worried about the amount of fluid taken off during
the first few days must have a very odd idea of how much colostrum is
being produced.

When in doubt blame breastfeeding... Right?
