Just to follow up, aparently the person who approached me about giving a talk on breastfeeding was 
very satisfied with our discussion about whether or not I make women feel guilty.  Our hour and a 
half long initial discussion did the trick of selling her on me.  But the bottom line is that I have too 
much to do as it is and I didn't feel good about how she approached me and we never talked about 
what I could offer - only about what I should not do,  She apparently feels she grills everyone this 
way - and even if I were to talk on vitamin A deficiency in Niger I would not really feel good about 
giving a talk for free for someone who grilled me that way.  So, its not the topic, its how I was 
approached.
