Hello,

I would love some input from those of you with experience. I have to give a
45 minute seminar on breastfeeding and HIV to doctors, and I´ve been going
over and over in my head for weeks about how I can make it attractive and
useful to them. Spain is a "first world" country, so breastfeeding policy in
HIV mothers is not breastfeeding. So, no doctor in Spain is going to have to
make any decision regarding that. How, then, can I make the seminar useful?
On the other hand, all those studies about exclusive bf vs. partial bf vs.
artificial feeding and the different survival rates for infants of
underdeveloped countries seem incredibly interesting to me, but then again
I´m a lactnut. Same with WHO policies and how they have changed, is that not
too boring for people who are not deep into lactation?

Maybe I should stick more with how it is transmitted via the milk, the
actual treatment options for mothers and children who breastfeed...

If anyone has any insight or experience with this, I´d love a few ideas!!!

Thanks,

Kika
