Just thought I'd chime in here before anyone gets the wrong idea about
the hospital Kathy D's son was in that mixed up her milk. This is the
hospital whose doctors got me fired from my position! Here in Indiana,
they have been viewed as "the anti-breast" in recent years! Their
support of breastfeeding is limited to a few pumps and lip service and
some helpful staff. No LC's because they don't believe in them. I know
mothers who have had their babies transferred to hospitals as far away
as Texas due to the lack of support they received for breastfeeding in
this hospital. Sorry to report this, Kathy, but they have not kept pace
with the times, lactation wise! Interestingly enough, the doctor who is
considered by lactation people all over the state to be the primary
reason for this hostility toward breastfeeding co-authored the first
article on creamatocrits! I've seen it mentioned on here before (and
cringed. We believe he was most likely behind the campaign to get rid
of me.) BTW, anyone know how to go about finding the list of
contributors to a charity hospital? I called and got the yearly report,
but it doesn't list individual contributors. I was told they don't keep
such a list. I'm trying to find out how much money the formula
companies donated. Any ideas? (I've also looked on the ABM websites,
to no avail.)

Marsha, playing detective in Indiana!
