I am currently working with a new mom who is an internist.  We are handling
the breastfeeding problems but she is very worried about combining a career
in medicine with breastfeeding.  I told her there were a lot of moms who
were physicians that breastfeed.  If there are any of you who might be
willing to offer some mom-to-mom support for how it worked for you, I would
like to put you in touch with her.
