A staff nurse I work with told me today she is seeing more engorgement with mothers using the preemie setting on the symphony pump, on 2nd-3rd day post partum.. Have any of you noticed that?I suspect the engorgment is from not using it often enough. Susan in Minnesota rn ibclc
