Hi All,
  Becky, the best reference I know is Isabelle Fox, Ph.D., Being There.
Dr. Fox describes the grief a baby goes through when separated from
mother and also offers options for those mothers who must return to
employment to ease these grief and work with/through it. It is a good
work to open one's eyes as to how a baby/child reacts and feels during
this time.
