Yes, the Florida hospital system (about 8000 delivveries per year combined from its 4 delivering hospitals) are having theirs in August in Winter Park. I was shocked to see this. It says the emphasis will be on breastfeeding support, DHA etc and feeling good. Pretty deceiving.... Its called "Lipilville" with a picture of a Dr. Seuss elephant look-a-like on the flyer.

I thought....., well never mind what I thought, I guess I was wrong!!!

Marsha,
You are amazing. Thanks for the concise and informative summary of
current
events in the world of formula marketing. We seem to be giving them a run
for their money, but they have so much more money than we do!

Are there others on lactnet whose hospitals are sponsoring such grand
rounds
or other conferences? Does someone keep track of all these?
To whoever is facing this in their hospitals, please do keep us informed
on how things progress.
