Hi Joy, wanted to say Hi as a fellow LC/PNP. What part of the country are
you in?  Sometimes a drug vacation from prozac, 3-4 weeks makes it more
effective when started over.  So instead of gradually always increasing the
dose, you sort of stop and start over.  Have her ask her Dr.  She would
need to  be monitored while off of prozac, ie: see dr periodically, tell
family or a close friend to     help   keep an eye out for signs of
reoccuring depression, which she might not notice herself until too   deep
into depression (can't see forest for the trees aort of thing).  Maybe
