Kathy, a rep. visited me at the hospital where I work, to show me this pump. He offered to send me one to trial (I do not sell or rent pumps but was willing to "loan" to one of our lactating nurses). This happened 3 months ago, and I have yet to get this pump. The rep. called me about 1 1/2 mos. ago to tell me that the pump had been back-ordered. Since then I have also heard that there was a mechanical problem with the pumps, that they were trying to work out (of course this was only second-hand hearsay). I saw the rep. in the hospital last week--he avoided me like the plague :)

I am not sure of the quality of this pump, but do not have time for inefficent service or follow-up. I will stick with my current products coming from the pump company that I can count on to deliver.
