Next year the exam will be on July 26.  Always the last Monday in July.  It
(fer shure) will be in Chicago -- most likely at Rush University.  Probably in
Indianapolis -- most other large cities.  But Pat is right -- give IBLCE a
call and ask them about specific cities.  If you look at the website, the cities
they list there are ones in which they *almost always* have the exam.
