My heart goes out to all those affected by Charlie! For those moms who are
nursing, the stress must be mitigated at least some by not having to worry
about finding and fixing food for their infants.

I am reminded of a situation many years ago when a horrific tornado went
through the Midwest (it stayed on the ground while passing through several
states if I remember correctly). Afterwards, there was an article in LLL
News (the predecessor to New Beginnings) from a mom whose home was in the
path of the tornado. She talked about sitting in her basement nursing her
baby while her house blew away from over her. Her comment (as best I can
recall it) was that not only did she know her baby would have food, but "It
was so reassuring to be doing something so normal in the midst of such an
abnormal situation."
