I have a client 3 months pp who is taking 40 mg. Seroxat (Paxil) for
depression/anxiety.  She has been on various doses of this med for 2
years.  She may need to go on a higher dosage.  What is the highest
safest dosage for a nursing mom?  Also, the baby has been a borderline
gainer since birth.  Baby was hospitalized with 18  bili during first
week of birth.  Is there any possible connection with the med?
